My mentor in Dallas pushed me to take the manager job, and 8 months in I'm telling people to skip it
I took the supervisor role at my warehouse in Dallas because everyone swore it was the only way up, then spent 8 months doing paperwork till 9pm and watching my old crew get a new lead who didn't know the floor, so I asked to step back down and my pay barely changed, and I want to know if anyone else has gone back to a hands-on job and had people act like they failed.
