The ATM at my Toronto bank branch charged me $3.50 to check my own balance last Tuesday
I went in to deposit a cheque and figured I'd just check my balance at the machine out front, and it hit me with a service fee on my own account at my own branch, so has anyone else noticed these little fees creeping in everywhere?

I used to shrug off those fees and just pay them without thinking, but getting charged at your own branch is straight up robbery lol. That $3.50 here and there adds up way faster than people realize.
