Why does nobody talk about labeling cabinet parts BEFORE assembly instead of after
Last month I had a 14 door shaker kitchen in Austin and I was losing 45 minutes a day hunting for the right stile and rail while the glue was drying. I started writing the cabinet number and part letter on the inside face with a pencil before anything hit the table saw, and my assembly time dropped from 3 days to a day and a half. Does anyone else do this, or am I the last guy in the shop who figured it out?
