Cut off my sister 2 years ago over $400, saw her at Walmart on Sunday and she acted like nothing happened
My sister borrowed $400 from me back in 2022 and swore she would pay me back in two weeks. Two weeks turned into two months, and every time I brought it up she said I was being dramatic about money. After 8 months of excuses I told her I was done and stopped taking her calls. For 2 years I didn't see her once, not at holidays, not at my kid's birthday, nothing. Then on Sunday I ran into her in the toothpaste aisle at the Walmart on Route 9 and she smiled and asked how I've been like we talk every day. I just stood there holding my shopping basket and said fine, then walked away. Has anyone else had a family member pretend a whole falling out never happened?
