The 5 minute setup rule in Ryder Carroll's book changed how I do my monthly log
I read the original BuJo book back in March and the part that stuck with me was that if setup takes more than 5 minutes, you are doing too much. My dailies got way faster once I dropped the fancy spread and just wrote the date, has anyone else cut their setup way down and stuck with it?

Ditch the notebook entirely, use index cards instead.
