Shoutout to the 6 months of not checking my ex's Instagram

Went from checking her stories every single night back in March to realizing last week I hadn't opened her page in 6 months, and the only thing that changed was me deleting the app off my phone and putting a Sudoku book on my nightstand instead, which sounds stupid but worked.
