The $14 garage sale mirror that ended my 4-year gym mirror obsession

I spent every workout for 4 years avoiding my reflection in the crowded gym mirrors, but last month I found a cracked full-length mirror for $14 at a yard sale in Phoenix, propped it against my basement wall, and now I finally see the form I'm actually working with, not the show-off version I was performing for strangers, so has anyone else ditched public workout spaces for a private setup and felt their head get quieter?
