Hit 100th sourdough loaf this week, never thought I'd get there

Started counting when I moved to Columbus back in 2021, and loaf number 100 came out of the oven on Tuesday. It was the ugliest one yet, all lopsided with a burnt ear, but it still tasted great. How many bakes did it take before you felt like you actually knew what you were doing?

Count me as the weirdo who never counted or cared, honestly. Took me like 30 bakes to realize I was just making bread, not performing surgery, and the ugly ones still slap.
