Watched a carrier load 6 cars in Sparks and saw where the extra $150 goes
I swung by a shipping yard in Sparks NV to see my brother's car get loaded, and the driver spent almost 20 minutes measuring ground clearance and re-strapping a low bumper car before he would touch anything else. The broker quote I got online was $150 cheaper, but I watched that other driver just eyeball the straps and roll out in 4 minutes flat. Has anyone else paid up for a carrier after seeing what the cheap quote actually skips on?
