Saw a tech at the Phoenix dealership torque lug nuts with a impact gun and not a torque wrench
Watched him hammer all 5 nuts on a customer's Camry last Friday and I just stood there thinking about the 80 ft-lbs spec sheet sitting right on his cart, so am I wrong for wanting to say something to the service manager?
