That pivot meeting last year finally made me see I was wrong about remote work
I used to be all in on mandatory office days. Thought it built culture. Then I sat in on a Tuesday meeting at that WeWork on Congress where the CEO spent 20 minutes complaining about traffic instead of talking product roadmap. Right there I realized we were wasting people's time not their commute. Has anyone else had a moment where a single bad meeting flipped your whole take on something?

Ha! That CEO probably just needed a nap more than a meeting.
