Showerthought: burned $2,400 on a booth at a Round Rock startup expo and got 3 real leads
Signed up for the cheap $2,400 booth instead of the $9,000 sponsor table at the Round Rock expo back in March, got exactly 3 real leads out of 400 badge scans, and I'm now wondering if anyone in Austin has figured out a cheaper way to meet actual buyers at these things.

I read that someone skipped expos and hit up local supplier meetups in Austin, way better leads.
