Watching my neighbor's lawn transform over 60 days was wild
He did that overseeding and aeration combo in late August, and by mid October the patchy spots just filled in. I swear the difference was night and day, especially after that first rain. Has anyone else tried this on a yard that gets heavy dog traffic?

Man, definitely worth it, just spot reseed those bare patches after the dogs tear them up.
