Wrote two apology letters to my dad in 2019, kept one short and one long, and the short one is the one I still think about
The 3 page one was all excuses dressed up as sorry, but the 4 sentence one just said what I did wrong and asked if he was okay. Those 4 sentences took me 6 months to write. Has anyone else found that shorter letters hit harder when you're the one at fault?
