My apology to the neighbor I blamed for 3 months turned out to be my own fault

I wrote this letter to my neighbor about their dog barking at 6am every day, and I even signed it but never slid it under their door. Then last Tuesday I realized my own bedroom window fan was rattling against the frame, and that was the noise waking me up. Has anyone else drafted a harsh letter only to figure out you were the problem the whole time?
