The grocery store app predicted my cheat day before I did

Last Tuesday I opened my supermarket app to add milk and it showed me a coupon for frozen pizza and ice cream with a note like 'weekend favorites'. I hadn't bought either in over a month, but I was literally about to cave on Friday after a rough week. That creeped me out enough to skip the purchase, but then I wondered how many other little habits it's tracking. It nailed my mood swing from two days of bad sleep and a deadline, so now I'm second guessing every 'just checking prices' click I make. Anyone else get spooked by a retailer knowing your cravings better than you do?
