My GPS and I argued over a left turn for 11 minutes in Nashville

I was heading to a new doctor's office off I-440 and the app kept insisting I take this backroad left that clearly had a 'road closed' sign. I mean, I trust the algorithm usually, but there was a literal barrier and a guy in an orange vest waving me away. So I ignored it, went straight, and the app got all passive aggressive recalculating every 30 seconds. It added 14 minutes to my trip and then had the nerve to say 'arrival time updated' like it wasn't its fault. Has anyone else just surrendered to the wrong route because fighting the voice felt more exhausting than being late?
