Just realized my phone knew my breakup before I did

Last Tuesday I told my buddy at the hardware store that I was fine after my ex moved out, and he got this weird look because my phone had already started suggesting 'sad songs' and deleting our shared photo folder. Turns out the algorithm picked up on 3 weeks of my late-night doomscrolling and location changes, so it basically told him I was not fine before I admitted it to myself. How do you deal with your feeds knowing your life better than you do?
