Set up a small storefront panel back in March and the owner kept getting trips around 2am. I kept blaming the motion, swapping it, checking the wiring. Then the owner mentioned the AC kicks on right before it happens. Turns out I had doubled two zones 6 years ago to save a run and forgot, so the motion and a door contact shared a loop. Moved the door to its own zone and the calls stopped. Any of you still doing zone sharing on small jobs or is that a thing of the past?
