Our team used an AI note taker for a 2 hour sprint planning session last Tuesday, and it summarized a debate about deadlines as 'all agreed on the timeline.' I caught it because I remembered arguing about the API migration, but three other people already left early trusting it. Has anyone else had an AI tool oversimplify a discussion that actually needed conflict to be resolved?

So the AI turned a whole argument about API migration into "all agreed"... did anyone actually check the raw transcript before the meeting ended, or just trust the summary at face value?
