Serious question, I watched a guy at the DMV in Tampa argue with the clerk for 20 minutes about a photo from 2011
Everyone there was rolling their eyes, but honestly he had a point, that photo looked nothing like him and they were gonna make him pay $30 to retake it. Am I wrong for thinking the clerk couldve just let it slide?
